Communities in Schools of Philadelphia, Inc. (CISP) respects each individual's right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at CISP's Web site.
CISP collects information through our Web site at several points.
We collect the following information about primary visitors to our site: date/time of visit, Client IP address, Method, URI Stem, and Protocol Status. We collect this information through automatic web site logging files. We also have a Contact Us form on which information is collected voluntarily. To receive our products and services, name and Email address is mandatory in order for CISP to respond to the person asking for information. Other information we request is optional.
We do not employ cookies for the purpose of storing of personal information or activity. Any cookies that may be used are strictly for the technical purpose of maintaining a user's session with the web server. There is no banner advertising appearing on our Web site nor third parties who collect information at our Web site.
The information collected by CISP via web logging will be used to evaluate web site usage statistics. Users who provide information via our Contact Us form will receive the information they requested or may be contacted by CISP if they requested it.
Registered users (those who have requested to subscribe to our newsletter) may receive additional announcements from us about the newsletter or related information.

CISP maintains the accuracy of our information only through users contacting us about inaccuracies they may find. For newsletter subscriptions, users may discontinue their subscription by contacting CISP.
