Culinary and Hospitality Program
The Culinary and Hospitality Program enhances the Career and Technical Education curriculum of the School District of Philadelphia. The program is offered in seventeen comprehensive and career and technical education high schools throughout the city. This program operates in partnership with the School District of Philadelphia.
Teachers are provided with staff development training, as well as programmatic materials, industry content and technique experts. Participating students develop their culinary skills, earn industry-recognized certifications and participate in competitions. The students are also exposed to internships, community service events and work experience opportunities to further enhance their classroom learning.
