Project GRAD

Description

Project GRAD (Graduation Really Achieves Dreams) ensures a quality public school education for all students in economically disadvantaged communities so that high school graduation rates increase and graduates are prepared to enter and be successful in college.

Project GRAD is a comprehensive program with a track record of improving academic achievement and a goal of at least 80% of students graduate from high school and 50% of graduates enter college. Project GRAD improves the quality of the curriculum and teaching and increases the academic standards for student performance, particularly in reading and mathematics. In addition, through program design Project GRAD helps to stabilize the community through establishing partnerships with parents, colleges and universities, corporations, and faith-based organizations.
