The Customer Service Program is a year-round, work readiness curriculum that addresses the needs of young people ages 14-21. The program supports students from diverse backgrounds and varying literacy levels while providing a structured framework for preparing young people for the National Professional Certification in Customer Service.
CISP utilizes three certified staff trainers to implement the program in six schools which currently offer the Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP). The Customer Service Program will prepare participating students to become tomorrow’s skilled workforce by utilizing interactive development activities and classroom philosophies which translate into real world understanding. This program allows these students to graduate from high school with a high school diploma, industry certification and a marketable skill to use upon graduation.
Participating schools: Bok, Dobbins, Edison, Mastbaum, Randolph, Swenson
