The Philly After 3 Division oversees the daily management and operation of out of school time programming, to include after school and summer enrichment camps. The unit annually serves over 1,200 youth in grades K-12 in a variety of settings. All programs offer a combination of academic enhancement, cultural exposures, personal development, and recreational activities. The division’s primary focus is to provide for children and youth a safe place to learn from caring adults and encourage appropriate linkages between the school, local community services, and the family. Programs are funded through PA Department of Education, PA Department of Public Welfare, Philadelphia Department of Human Services and several foundations.
