Founded by Communities In Schools of Philadelphia (CISP) in 1995, the Service Provider Council is composed of various organizations, businesses, and agencies that provide services to CISP high school students in the School District of Philadelphia. The Service Provider Council offers a forum for improving synergy among school-based staff and community organizations and agencies.
