Philadelphia Freedom Schools (PFS) - For the past five years, high school students participating in the program as 11th and 12th grade Junior Servant Leaders have all graduated high school with 96% of the graduates attending college.
Culinary and Hospitality Program (CHP) – To date, 145 out of 188 (77%) CHP students have received the industry recognized ServSafe Certification.
Education Leading to Employment and Career Training (ELECT: Pregnant and Parenting Teens) – During the 2008-2009 school year, 83% of eligible ELECT senior students graduated from high school.
Health Tech – In the past two years, 96% of those students who have completed the Health Tech program transitioned into post-secondary education.
IT Apprenticeship Program – 98% of the apprentices maintain full-time employment during the course of this three year program.
Philly after 3′s After School Enrichment Academy - In 2008-2009, students in grades 2-8 enrolled in the academy for six or more months demonstrated an average gain of 8.3 points in language arts on multiple-choice formative assessments tied to Pennsylvania’s Academic Standards. Also, 92% of the participants improved in completing assignments and classroom behavior as reported on End of the Year Teacher surveys.
Communities In Schools of Philadelphia has delivered quality community-based programming to over 50,000 students in the last 5 years.
